new to this ...do i need help?

i swear i did this before but somehow i did it wrong ...i dont know how. do me a favor, follow me, give me hints and tips. i'll essentially use this to post photos of events and whatever else i take photos for/of. and i also want to start making custom layouts for any users of blogspot. ...that's it
